For the second time in a week, the North Carolina Tar Heels have plucked away a recruit from another in-state program.
Last week it was wide receiver Stephen Gosnell from Pilot Mountain, a N.C. State commit that flipped from the Wolfpack to the Tar Heels. And now UNC has another one.
On Tuesday night, three start offensive guard Jonathan Adorno announced he has decommitted from N.C. State and will join UNC’s 2020 class.
The 6-foot-4, 290-pound Adorno is ranked No. 22 in the state of North Carolina and is No. 764 overall in the 2020 class per 247 Sports composite rankings.
