Former University of North Carolina wide receiver Anthony Ratliff-Williams became the third Tar Heel to find a new home in the NFL on Saturday.
The Tar Heels’ lone 2019 draft pick, linebacker Cole Holcomb, was drafted in the fifth round by the Washington Redskins, but more former UNC players are joining him now that the draft has come to a conclusion.
Defensive end Malik Carney was picked up by the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent shortly after the seventh round ended. And now, it’s Ratliff-Williams that’s joined the professional ranks, getting signed by the Tennessee Titans a couple of hours after the completion of the draft.
