The annual Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas is one of the more underrated high school all-star events that take place at the end of the year and right dab in the middle of college bowl season.
Each year players from the states of North Carolina and South Carolina meet in the Shrine Bowl for bragging rights and to showcase their skills. The game is filled with recruits that will stay in-state for programs as well as some big recruits going elsewhere.
When the game is held this year, there will be a lot of representation for the North Carolina Tar Heels and head coach Mack Brown’s staff.
