Hesitant uncertainty has been the name of the game all offseason for North Carolina, and it all led up to opening kickoff on Thursday night. So much so, Mack Brown opted out of releasing a depth chart, raising further suspicion and peculiarness ahead of game one post-Drake Maye.
No one outside of the walls of Kenan Stadium had much of an idea what to expect in Minneapolis on primetime, other than the idea that it would be an implicative 60 minutes of football from the Tar Heels.
