It’s the second of four weekends of official visits leading up to National Signing Day, and the Tar Heels are expecting a couple of big-time football recruits. The more familiar, of the two is 4-star defensive tackle Rick Sandidge of Concord, N.C, the nation’s No. 12 defensive tackle.
