The North Carolina Tar Heels have managed to flip a former Duke football commit in the past as they landed quarterback Chazz Surratt just a few years back. Now, they may have their eyes on another former Blue Devils commit who is one of the better players in the state of North Carolina.
Four-star defensive back Tony Davis announced Monday that he is reopening his recruitment after no longer being committed to Duke.
Davis committed to the Blue Devils back in December but has since drawn interest and offers from other programs across the country.
