The 2017 college football season didn’t go exactly as planned for head coach Larry Fedora and the North Carolina Tar Heels.
But there were a few bright spots.
One of those was the emergence of sophomore Anthony Ratliff-Williams who was by far one of UNC’s best players this past season.
Now Ratliff-Williams is earning some recognition for his spectacular play in 2017.
The Atlantic Coast Conference announced that Ratliff-Williams was named to the 2017 All-ACC First Team as a return specialist. The return man took kickoffs back for touchdowns against Louisville and Pitt during the season.
