Former North Carolina football standout Bug Howard is still trying to find his way at the professional level.
The wide receiver went undrafted in the 2017 NFL Draft but signed with the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent. He was then cut at the end of the preseason and joined the Cleveland Browns and spent the year on the practice squad.
After a stop in Carolina, Howard opted to play in the short-lived AAF with the Atlanta Legends which folded after a few weeks. But while playing there, Howard earned some reps at his new position: tight end.
