Since the announcement of Bill Belichick’s hiring as the next coach of UNC Football, things have been busy — while not many staff additions have been announced, several have been scooped, most recently Armond Hawkins, a recruiting director and defensive backs assistant who was at Washington with Steve Belichick. But even as the staff situation has been in flux, Belichick and the few staff members who have officially joined have had personnel to manage, from simply bolstering the roster through the transfer portal to dealing with UNC players who entered the portal after the season ended — not to mention recruiting.
