UNC pushed their win streak to six games Tuesday night when they absolutely crushed Virginia Tech on the road with a 91-59 victory. The Tar Heels absolutely blew the Hokies out of the water as they led by as many as 36 in the second half.
The Tar Heels shot 59% from the field in the game, which is very good, but they shot a blistering 64% from the field in the second half. They were raining threes on the Hokies as well, at a clip that we’ve really not seen much at all this season, making 15 of their 28 shots from long distance.
