Freshman defensive back Cam'Ron Kelly's transfer waiver has been granted by the NCAA and he is immediately eligible and available to play this season, UNC announced late Wednesday afternoon. Kelly, a four-star cornerback out of Chesapeake, Va., originally signed with Auburn last December and enrolled in January. (Inside Carolina)
