Just moments after North Carolina completed its victory over Duke in the ACC regular season finale on Saturday night, UNC fans flooded Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
As they often do following a victory over Duke or some other game of particular importance, fans rushed to gather and celebrate the victory after the Tar Heels downed the Blue Devils 90-83 in dramatic fashion.
Chapel Hill police even blocked off Franklin from the surrounding streets in preparation for the celebration.
The crowd began forming outside of Top of the Hill, a popular upscale Chapel Hill restaurant and brewery, before spilling out across several intersections along Franklin Street.
