Roy Williams and his staff at North Carolina have done a great job over the years with the talent that they have had in Chapel Hill. UNC has had their fair-share of Top 10 recruiting classes since Williams arrived on campus in 2003 but have only had a No. 1 class just once, with that coming in 2006.
They have had a few Top 5 classes as well and one No. 2 overall class. With the one-and-done taking over college basketball, Williams and the Tar Heels have been able to keep up despite not landing the talent that schools like Kentucky or Duke have.
