ESPN’s Joe Lunardi released his third Bracketology of the offseason on Thursday, and there’s been a bit of a shakeup at the top of the bracket.
The Michigan State Spartans remain in the Midwest as the top overall seed in Lunardi’s bracket. The North Carolina Tar Heels, however, have shifted from the top seed in the West, to the No. 1 seed in the East, taking the spot formerly held by Duke. By moving the Tar Heels into the East, and putting the Blue Devils in the South, Lunardi is projecting North Carolina as the winner of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
