The UNC Basketball program is starting to identify their top targets in both the 2022 and 2023 recruiting classes as Hubert Davis continues on the recruiting trail. With a three-man class in 2022 and just two targets left, it’s never too early to take a look at 2023 prospects.
The biggest recruiting target for the 2023 class is five-star in-state recruit Robert Dillingham.
