After completing a regular season sweep of the Duke Blue Devils with a 79-70 victory on Saturday night, the North Carolina Tar Heels have moved up to the 1-line in ESPN Bracketologist Joe Lunardi’s latest bracket.
The Tar Heels (26-5, 16-2) are a projected 1-seed for the first time this season, replacing the Blue Devils and joining the likes of Virginia, Gonzaga and Kentucky. North Carolina is now listed as the top seed in the Midwest region, while Duke has dropped to the second seed in the South.
Duke is joined on the 2-line by Tennessee, LSU and Michigan State.
