On Wednesday, the North Carolina Tar Heels took the floor in Raleigh for a practice as they prepare top play Florida Gulf Coast on Thursday. But the team had some fun before doing that.
The Tar Heels decided to prank freshman Kenny Williams and Luke Maye who have never played in the NCAA Tournament.
Ahead of running out to the cheers of the fans watching practice, every player that’s not a freshman held back. That meant only Williams and Maye ran out as the crowd cheered them on.
