On a very busy night for coach Roy Williams, the University of North Carolina offered 2018 five-star forward Simi Shittu after following him closely the past month.
Shittu, a Canadian born power forward, currently holds offers from most notably Arizona, Louisville, Texas, and Connecticut among numerous other schools.
Playing for CIA Bounce on the Nike EYBL circuit, he has been having a great summer averaging 20.1 points on 58 percent shooting, and 10.2 rebounds.
