The North Carolina Tar Heels are the second team in ACC history to go 9-0 on the road in league play, wrapping up their road schedule with a victory at Boston College on Tuesday night.
They now join Virginia, which accomplished the feat last season, as the only two teams to go unbeaten on the road. During this stretch UNC had an average margin of victory of 16 points and averaged 84 points per game away from the Dean Dome.
For the most part, UNC dominated on the road this season. Their closest margin of victory came last Saturday at LittleJohn Coliseum when they held off a late Clemson surge to earn the victory and did so without head coach Roy Williams for the second half.
