Just when it seemed like the roster was set, Hubert Davis and his staff landed Georgia Tech transfer Tyzhaun Claude. The 6’8 Claude, who also played for Western Carolina and Morehead State, figures to bolster Carolina’s frontcourt depth. Listed at 6’5, 185 pounds, Jackson is a McDonald’s All-American and a consensus top 10 recruit for the class of 2024. Most recently, he was awarded Most Improved Player for his electric play at Damian Lillard’s Formula Zero Elite camp.
