It’s not really a surprise to see a pair of game-worn Air Jordan’s by Michael Jordan be sold for record amounts of money. We saw it happen with the pair he wore in the 1985 Olympics, fetching $190,000 at an auction last year.
Seeing a trading card of Jordan sell for a lot of money isn’t a surprise either, especially if it’s the classic Fleer rookie card. But there’s a new card of Jordan that is setting records now.
According to CBS Sports, a rare 1997 Precious Metal Gems Michael Jordan Green Card just sold for $350,100 on eBay, setting a record for the most expensive trading card ever sold on the website per the seller, PWCC.
