Last week we told you about a rare Michael Jordan trading card that broke a record when it sold on eBay to a collector. Now, it’s a pair of his Air Jordan I’s that are setting a new record on the sneaker market place.
The original Air Jordan I is considered one of the best shoes to ever be produced and it was once banned from the NBA in Jordan’s rookie season. The shoe was an instant hit and helped launch a successful line that would eventually become Jordan Brand, which is still producing new shoes to this day.
