Larry Brown, 78, is back looking for another venture as he was let go from his job in Europe as the head coach for Fiat Torino.
After being hired on June 17th, Brown didn’t even last a year as he led the club to a 5-19 record, and was fired on December 27th.
Brown is the only Hall-of-Fame coach to lead both a college and professional team to a championship, for Kansas (1988) and the Detroit Pistons (2004), respectively.
A New York native, Brown played three seasons for the Tar Heels (1960-1963), and was a seventh round draft pick in the 1963 ABA draft, taken by the Baltimore Bullets.
