This is your reminder that there are actually two NCAA Tournament selection shows tonight.
Both the UNC men’s and women’s basketball teams will be watching these shows intently, because there’s a lot up in the air. For the men, it’s a question as to whether or not they are even going to be playing in this tournament. Once again—for the second time under Hubert Davis and arguably the third time in the last five years—the Tar Heels are staring at a March where they will not even get a shot at the National Championship. You can make multiple arguments about why this happened, and how silly it is that a lane violation may be the difference between a bid and not, but one way or the other we’ll get our answer tonight.
