Just days after the North Carolina basketball program got commitments from the No. 3 overall prospect in the class of 2019, Cole Anthony, and top-70 combo guard Anthony Harris, the Tar Heels find themselves closing in on another commitment; this time, from Charleston Southern graduate transfer Christian Keeling.
The 6-foot-4, 175-pound shooting guard initially named a final five composed of Clemson, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, N.C. State and Purdue, though it now appears that he is focused on just two programs.
According to Rivals recruiting analyst Dan McDonald, Keeling is down to a final two of Clemson and North Carolina, with the Tar Heels being the apparent favorite for his commitment at this time.
