Chicago Bulls rookie point guard Coby White notched a new career-high in points against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night, and accomplished something that no other NBA rookie has before.
White became the first player in league history to score 30 or more points off the bench in three consecutive games in his rookie season. He scored 33 points in back-to-back games against the Suns and Wizards over the weekend, setting and then tying his career-high on Saturday and Sunday. He followed that up with 35 points against the Thunder, knocking down 13-of-21 shots from the floor and 6-of-9 from three-point range.
