When the North Carolina Tar Heels take on the Virginia Tech Hokies on Wednesday night, they’ll be without senior shooting guard Brandon Robinson. Robinson is still suffering from neck pain that he sustained in a two-car accident that occurred on the morning of January 12.
Robinson reportedly didn’t even make the trip to Blacksburg, Virginia with his team this week. That means that the Tar Heels are now without two starters — Robinson and freshman point guard Cole Anthony — in a tough road game against the 13-win Hokies.
Robinson is averaging 12.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and three assists per game this season, and shooting 34.
