The North Carolina basketball program was named among four finalists for class of 2020 prospect R.J. Davis on Monday night. The 4-star point guard also included Georgetown, Marquette and Pittsburgh on his list, and is planning in-home visits with each of the four programs before taking official visits, according to Adam Zagoria of Zagsblog.
The top-60 recruit out of Archbishop Stepinac in White Plains, New York had gathered 20 scholarship offers prior to trimming his list, including ones from Indiana, Kansas, Louisville and UCLA.
The 6-foot, 165-pound Davis is ranked No. 55 in the class of 2020 according to the 247Sports Composite.
