One of the major storylines surrounding the UNC baseball program has been the health of star centerfielder Vance Honeycutt.
Described as a “lower-body injury,” the sophomore outfielder has missed four consecutive games, which is unlike him given he started every other contest since arriving in Chapel Hill.
Before Tuesday’s first pitch of the ACC Tournament between the Diamond Heels and Georgia Tech, we received an update on Honeycutt’s status, one that certainly isn’t ideal.
