Just one night after posting a career-high 43 points against the G-League’s Maine Red Claws, Brooklyn Nets two-way player Theo Pinson proved once again why he should have a permanent spot on an NBA roster.
Pinson was called up to Brooklyn on Friday after his jaw-dropping performance led the Long Island Nets to victory on Thursday night. It was Pinson’s second appearance in five days with Brooklyn after logging 16 minutes for the Nets in their 116-95 loss at Boston on Monday night.
And he didn’t disappoint.
The former Tar Heel played just 13 minutes in the Nets’ 122-105 loss against the Toronto Raptors, but he took full advantage of it.
