I think it’s fair to say that none of us had high expectations going into this afternoon’s game between UNC and UConn. A few key players were missing on the offensive line, Omarion Hampton declared for the NFL Draft, and the Heels rolled out Freddie Kitchens as interim head coach following the firing of Mack Brown. Although expectations weren’t high, there were still expectations of the team delivering a somewhat respectable performance. Unfortunately, they didn’t meet those expectations..
To be honest, there’s not a lot to even say about this one, but I’ll try. The game started with UConn immediately bolting down the field, but ultimately they were held to a field goal.
