Title Eludes UNC Women's Soccer In National Championship Game On Penalty Kicks

No. 1 Stanford survived a strong challenge from No. 2 North Carolina in the 2019 NCAA championship game in San Jose, California on Sunday. The teams fought to a double overtime deadlock before the Cardinal prevailed 5-4 on penalty kicks. Claudia Dickey made a career high six saves for the Tar Heels.
