Three Tar Heels open play in the 2015 ITA All-American Tennis Championship men’s singles bracket on Thursday in Tulsa, Okla. Senior Brett Clark, junior Ronnie Schneider and sophomore Robert Kelly are among the field of 64 in the prestigious event.
Schneider opens against Chase Perez-Blanco, a qualifier from the University of Florida. Clark takes on Cal’s Florian Lakat. And Kelly, who played his way into the singles bracket via the qualifier, will fact South Florida’s Roberto Cid.
Main draw play begins Thursday and runs through Monday.
Clark and Kelly also will compete in the doubles draw.
