Three Compete In Stage III LPGA Qualifying School

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Three former Tar Heels began competition yesterday in the final stage of the LPGA Q-School. The tournament is taking place at the LPGA International’s Jones and Hills courses.

Katherine Perry, Tar Heel from 2010-2014, was the top performing former team member as she shot a 2-over par playing the Jones Course and is tied for 72^nd. Casey Grice, Tar Heel from 2010-2013, played the Hills Course at 4-over par and is tied for 111^th. Maia Schechter, Tar Heel from 2011-2015, played the Jones Course in 5-over par and is tied for 126^th.
