CHAPEL HILL—Eighth-ranked North Carolina got a boost off the bench from Nassir Little and beat No. 16 Florida State, 77-59, on Saturday afternoon at the Smith Center.
Little finished with 18 points and a season-high eight rebounds, helping lead a 16-1 second-half run to put Carolina comfortably ahead late in the game.
Carolina also got the 11th double-double of the season by Luke Maye (15 points and 11 rebounds), as well as 18 points and 10 boards from Cameron Johnson and 10 points from Coby White.
With the victory, UNC improved to 22-5 overall this season and 12-2 in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
