Raleigh, N.C. – North Carolina participated in the NC State Tournament on Sunday, April 9, hosted by the Wolfpack at the newly renovated Reynolds Arena. The Tar Heels played four two-set matches and won all eight sets on the day.
“I think we made some visible improvements this past weekend in how we went about playing the game,” said head coach Joe Sagula. “Our focus in serving was much improved as well as our decision making on offense. These are some of the steps we needed to take as we mature in our training.
