The University of North Carolina and Allstate have struck a deal to put the “Good Hands” field goal nets behind each goal post in Kenan Memorial Stadium.
Along with UNC, Allstate’s “Good Hands” program is partnering with NAVY, Iowa State, UCLA and Duke for the 2016 NCAA football season. In total, there are now 88 colleges and universities at both the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision and Division I Football Championship Subdivision participating in the “Good Hands” Field Goal Net program.
Starting with this season’s matchup against James Madison on September 17, Allstate will donate $300 for each field goal and $100 for every extra point successfully converted by the Tar Heels at Kenan Memorial Stadium.
