DURHAM, N.C. -- The UNC women's tennis team (28-0) defeated No. 10 Virginia (18-5) 4-0 on Saturday morning at the Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center on the Duke University campus.
With inclement weather heading toward the triangle, the decision was made to move the ACC Semifinals matches indoors. The Tar Heels have now won 20-straight matched indoors during the dual match part of the season.
North Carolina began the morning with wins on doubles courts one and two to clinch the doubles point and enter singles play with a 1-0 lead over Virginia.
The Tar Heel pairing of No.
