CHAPEL HILL—North Carolina went on a 20-0 first-half run and didn't look back, cruising to an easy win over North Carolina State by a 107-56 score on Sunday afternoon in the Smith Center. The Tar Heels got 21 points and six three-pointers from Justin Jackson and 19 points from Joel Berry II in the victory.
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday night but was rescheduled due to winter weather and hazardous road conditions in North Carolina.
Carolina scored 100 points for just the fourth time against N.C. State (and the first time since 1993).
