CHAPEL HILL—Six Tar Heels scored in double figures as the University of North Carolina defeated Tennessee Tech, 108-58, on Friday night in the Smith Center.
(15), (13), (11), (10), (10) and (10) all reached double figures in points.
The game was a first-round game of the Las Vegas Invitational. The Tar Heels will host another tournament game on Monday before traveling to Las Vegas next week for the Thanksgiving holiday to complete the event.
With the win, Carolina improved to 4-0 in the 2018-19 season. Tennessee Tech fell to 0-4.
The victory was UNC's 200non-conference win in the Dean Smith Center (200-16 since the building opened midway through the 1985-86 season).
