It’s February and that means the Atlantic Coast Conference is hitting the stretch run towards March. The month will feature several key conference games that will impact seeding not only in the ACC Tournament, but the NCAA Tournament as well.
For the North Carolina Tar Heels, it’s a very important month. They enter on a 12-game win streak and an impressive 8-0 start to the conference season. They are a full two games up on the Louisville Cardinals in the standings and the current No. 2 team in the country.
But their February is loaded with tough matchups including at least three games against ranked opponents, depending on what happens with Duke.
