CHAPEL HILL – The North Carolina softball team welcomed several former players back to Chapel Hill for an alumni game on Saturday, which included a meet-and-greet with current players and a post-game reception. The alumni were split into teams based on the year of their graduation, as Even Years took down Odd Years for all the bragging rights.
“It is very special to me to have had so many alumnae from many different years back in Chapel Hill,” said head coach Donna J. Papa. “We had some players from the 70s and some that just graduated in 2015.
