North Carolina basketball coach Roy Williams was back on the recruiting trail this weekend, making stops to see two five-star recruits in back-to-back days. On Saturday, Williams watched 2020 power forward Isaiah Todd at the City of Oaks Classic in Raleigh (Highlights).
