Roy Williams has made his first scholarship offer in the 2023 class and it's for one of the nation's top guards, who also happens to be an in-state talent. Robert Dillingham confirmed he received the offer from Williams during a phone call Thursday. Dillingham, a 6-2 sophomore guard at Lincolnton (N.C.)
