North Carolina has offered 5-star 2019 shooting guard Josh Green. Green, whom coach Roy Williams spent a lot of time watching in April and again over the last few weeks, had consistently performed well enough that the hall-of-fame coach decided to offer. Green has also received offers from Kansas, Arizona, Villanova, Oregon, and Texas A&M among others. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
