RALEIGH, N.C. - The North Carolina rowing program capped off the 2023 ACC Rowing Championships Saturday morning, at Lake Wheeler in nearby Raleigh.
In addition, Tar Heel sophomore Natalie Timinskas collected Second Team All-Atlantic Coast Conference recognition at the end of the two-day event.
In grand final action, the Tar Heel first varsity four crew finished sixth on the day, with a mark of 6:43.27, as the second varsity four squad crossed the finish line with a time of 7:55.64 in seventh place.
All three of the North Carolina varsity eight boats saw action Saturday morning in their respective petite finals, with the first and third varsity eight finishing runner-up in their races.
