Chapel Hill, N.C. – North Carolina has signed quarterback graduate transfer Brandon Harris to a scholarship agreement. A native of Bossier City, Louisiana, Harris played three seasons at LSU (2014-16) and has one season of eligibility remaining. He is scheduled to join the Tar Heels this summer after fulfilling his graduation requirements from LSU.
Harris played in 25 games over three seasons with the Tigers and made 15 starts, including all 12 games as a sophomore in 2015. He finished his LSU career completing 187 of 347 pass attempts for 2,756 yards, 20 TDs, and 10 interceptions. He also rushed for 370 yards and seven touchdowns.
