CHAPEL HILL – Behind four first-half goals and a brace from Brianna Pinto, No. 2 North Carolina (15-1) won 6-0 over Columbus State Tuesday evening.
It did not take long for the Tar Heels to find the back of the net on Dorrance Field against the Cougars, members of the Division II Peach Belt Conference.
North Carolina scored on a set piece in the fourth minute as Abby Allen found the back of the net for the second time in her career off of a corner kick from Paige Tolentino.
