Development plans for the Chapel Hill Life Sciences Center at 306 W. Franklin St. have drawn much of the community's attention to the small businesses currently located there. The concept plan for the center is still in an early consideration phase by the Chapel Hill Town Council. The current development includes lab, office and retail spaces. (Daily Tar Heel)
