Lula’s is open for business in downtown Chapel Hill, according to the restaurant’s Instagram account. The new restaurant is the latest concept from the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group and is replacing the iconic eatery Spanky’s, which the company “retired” earlier this year after more than 40 years in business.
